水是陸地的對倒，人類需要呼吸，依存陸地以生活。

 

我嘗試每天在水中鍛鍊閉氣至身體完全排斥，測試人類在非棲息地空間利用呼吸系統作為物料，於這項全新的制度同時進行適應與抵抗。

 

並嘗試將三十天的訓練於深夜的香港海域當成劇院空間進行放映，連人帶投影機以肉眼見證深海出現影片光源。

 

Water is the reverse of land. Land is where human rely on, the air to breathe to survive. 

 

This thirty days experiments are trying to hold my breath underwater til my body totally cannot afford. Examine how can human adapt in a non-habitat, at the same time using it’s breathing system to against. 

 

Ultimately extending the performances. Putting the thirty days exercise to a projector, screened to the Night Sea in Hong Kong. Using my flesh to witness the lights of my video appears in the sea of dark night.
